The Fairview Village Community Home Care Department has been delivering home care services of the highest standard to elders in the community for over 10 years, as a Government approved provider of Community Aged Care Packages and through Fairview Village Helping Hands.
During that time and over the past 60 plus years of operation, Fairview Village has had a strong relationship with the Warragul RSL, Legacy and the veteran and war widow/ers community, as a service provider.
Therefore it was with great excitement when Fairview Village Ltd was recently formally advised by the Department of Veterans Affairs of their success in the tendering process, to become an official provider of Home Care services to veterans and war widow/ers in the Baw Baw, Bass Coast and Latrobe regions.
The Veterans Home Care Program is available to all eligible members of the veteran community. Importantly, it supports veterans and war widow/ers to maintain their independence and to remain longer in their own homes.
If at any time veterans and war widow/ers are contemplating a referral for Veterans Home Care services or have any queries in reference to the Veterans Home Care Program please contact Fairview Village, Telephone 56232752 for further information.
