A Generous donation from Fairview Village

For many years now members of the Fairview Village Wool Group have very generously made and donated items to aid organisations and those in need not only in Australia but throughout the world. Already this year, the Wool Group have donated items to aid victims of the recent Cobden bush fires, donated knitted blankets to the Fistula Hospital in Ethiopia, made items that were auctioned to raise money for the Royal Children’s Hospital appeal and very recently donated a box of small beanies, booties and matinee jackets, made by Wool Group members, to the Maternity Ward of the West Gippsland Hospital. Well done ladies!!

This year Fairview Village Wool Week, will be held during the first week of June, the purpose being to highlight the amazing skills and efforts of this special group. Items will be on display as well as for sale.
