The Fairview Independent Living units and apartments have their own financial structure that can be explored in  detail with us when you are ready to make an inquiry about a change to your lifestyle. 

You are most welcome to organise a time convenient to you to visit the Village where we will take you on a tour of the Village grounds and its surrounds as well as sit down with you and talk through our Village community life and how you would transition into one of our lovely units or apartments.

Currently our financials are under review but we can provide you with the following guidelines:

Apartment living: $330,000 to $360,000
Independent Units: $420,000 to $460,000
